The Victoria by Ratty Tat Hats certainly has a Neo-Victorian style. The blush pink slubby silk combined with a traditional black and white seersucker fabric help provide real vintage vibe and gives a harmony to the feminine meets Steampunk design.
The Victoria is an inky black Deadman or low crown top hat with a 4” crown. It is handmade from 100% wool with all embellishments hand sewn into position, lined with Ratty Tat Hat's branding, pale gold satin and finished to a fine heirloom quality. Each hat is presented in its own Ratty Tat hatbox and securely sent in a double-skin outer box.

The size shown above is the circumference of the hat's inner headband. We would suggest using a dressmaker’s tape measure to ascertain the head circumference of the wearer (measurement to be taken from above eyebrows and around widest part of head). Ratty Tat Hats are made from heavy wool and therefore quite rigid so measurements need to be accurate in order to provide a comfortable fit.
