The Victoria is an inky black Deadman or low crown top hat with a 4” crown. It is handmade from 100% wool with all embellishments hand sewn into position, lined with Ratty Tat Hat's branding, pale gold satin and finished to a fine heirloom quality. Each hat is presented in its own Ratty Tat hatbox and securely sent in a double-skin outer box.
